Overclocking - Applications advice

I have looked through the thead on applications but am still unsure which is the best to use for testing overclocking.

I plan on doing it with my CPU to see how far it will go. I have got it to 3.4ghz before but would like to test to see how it handles a little higher.

Same goes for graphics cards if possible. Any applications that run reports so you can leave and check back later rather than these ones that just monitor the current temp.

For the CPU use Intel Burntest version 1.9, 10 loops of 3200mb+
For the GPU any modern 3D game with AA turned on should be quite sensitive.
3DMark 06 is useless, it will happily loop at highly unstable clocks.

Orthos is widely regarded as the daddy of CPU/Mem/Mobo stress testing. The 'Post your stable OC's' threads require Orthos screenshots for validity.
For a GPU then any GFX intensive game that has a built in benchmark. Make sure you the rest of your rig is stable though.
