Overclocking Asus P5N32-E PLUS SLi

My friend is looking to overclock his set up, can anyone tell me the optimum settings for his set up?

keep the ram in sync mode, up the chipset and southbridge volts, put HT to x 4, ram at 2T, turn off vanderpool, C1e, spread spectrum, keep the chipset cool, keep the CPU below 72c load, disable all functions in bios you dont need like FDC, raid, IDE, Firewire etc..
