Overclocking BCLK

Hello , I want to ask if it is possibile to overclock the BCLK (base clock) from a software (Intel ETU),I wont go over BCLK 100 , so what I am trying to do is Underclocking BCLK from bios then overclocking it to 100 using Intel software, so in a few words, I need to change the cpu bclk not from bios.
I got a 4670k ,asus Z87-k, and the intel stock fan.

I dont understand why cant you just do it in bios it will be much easier ? Also I wouldn't advise overclocking it on stock cooler. These cpu's are already running hot. If you do it in bios you will be sure it's set to that value you set it at. I had some issues on my msi z87gd65 +i7 4770k when oveclocking in intel's software

Overclocking using BCLK is always scary and dont try it on stock cooler. play with the multiplier rather than BCLK and just incase buy http://click.intel.com/tuningplan/purchase-a-plan
