artic cooler freezer 7 pro
geil 2gb ddr2 memory

ive got a good case with 4 fans in well enough to keep it cool i would be grateful for your help .. thanks

I would read the sticky and learn in the process, not all cpu's are the same, regardless of model number. Depending on where and when they were built, quality of silicon etc so you can never have set values for certain overclocks.

You probobly be looking at something about 400x8 for 3.2Ghz at stock voltage or maybe just up a little bit.

You would have to lower the memory bus aswell but i'm not certain how to do it in a 680 moboi BIOS.

Like jaffa said then 400x8 will be a breese with either stock volts or maybe a small increase.

400x8 is a nice number to start on too as ya can keep ya ram clocked to stock timings while ya stress cpu for stability.
