Overclocking CPU

Can some one help me and tell me what to change in the bios to overclock my cpu.
I have put my ram volts up by 2 because thats the default for my ram.

Change 'CPU Host Clock Control' to enabled.

Then you will be able to adjust the fsb in the option below it

But below 'CPU Host Clock Control' is 'CPU Host Frequency'. So you want me to up that?

How long should i run orthos for?
and is 40 a good temp for idle?

The memory is exactly the same as before.

I'd set the timings to 4-4-4-15, and drop the speed so it appears as close as possible to 400MHz in CPUz.

What do i change to set the timings?????

Now where do you change the memory frequency????????
And is 75c to high for full load???

IT only goes to that temp for about 30 secs then goes back down so hould it be ok?

its done as a multiplier of your bus speed. where it says 'system memory multiplier' on your bios screen.

That wont go down tho it will only go up

ive worked out why it was so hot.
the cooler wasnt seated correctly. (doh)
