I want to put together a large resource of overclocking results. The success of it will be governed by how much factual data I can actually get together.

Is there a resource like this anywhere ?

Heres the info I would think to include:
Overclockers name/guise
Processor manufacturer
Processor name
Processor spec number
Processor stepping
Speed
FSB
Multiplier
Voltage (not sure if its feasible to do sub sections for different Voltage settings, as important as they are)
Cores load temps
CPU load temps
Cores idle temps
CPU idle temps
Motherboard
RAM
RAM speed
Heatsink

Anything important Ive missed ?
This could soon become a massive collection of data.

All I would really need is for people to start giving me that information from their overclocks, but it would need to be factual data. No data is better than wrong data.

Ofcourse I cant garuantee that I keep it upto date all the time but I would be happy to maintain and distribute it reasonably frequently.

Anyone interested ?

i guess ill start, this is my suicide run if its not what you want dont blame me its midnight.

In my opinion, there should be sub categories for "Air Cooled"and "Watercooled" Rigs as they differ very much when it comes to voltages and temps.

Cases for Air cooled units contribute as well to the heat output of the OC.

Entry for highest stable(Benched) speed and 24/7 OC would also be helpful, I guess.

you mean like this
w3bbo used superPi as a base - that way all systems were 'scored' on a level playing field.

Using a simple quick benchmark stops all the faking results issue these threads can generate.
as does pill0i cpu-z link

I always like these type of threads as it directly compaires various forms of rig in more that just benchmark speed.
A quick scan of the table will give the best result with 1.2v or under for example.
