Overclocking Dilema

Recently I added a PCI RAID card so that I could plug a 320gb drive into it.

(I had bought 2 Samsung F1 drives and ran out of SATA ports)

However with the PCI card in I cannot overclock. My dilemma is whether I get rid of the 320 and stick with a 250/320/3*1TB or just keep the RAID card.

I was overclocking to around 2.8 - 3ghz.

Well scrap that. It still isn't working.

Now the question is whether I replace it with a P5Q Pro or just save for an i7.

gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L £30 less than the pro and just as good so long as youre not planning on crossfiring, that should keep you going til you can afford i7

Why not buy one of the sata splitter things isntead, that convert a single e-sata into 4 sata ports
