can anyone help me in a little stuck with overclocking, im not sure what to set bios voltages at to achieve the highest overclock

have gigabyte DS4, E6600, GEIL DDR2 800 and a zalman cooler.

what should i set if i want to reach about 3.2ghz?:
VCORE voltage?
MCH voltage?
FSB voltage?

if you want 3.2,then i would suggest 400 * 8 = 3200,vcore will be ok on default voltage,i would'nt suggest going straight for 3.2.

what is your current speed?

can't guarantee vcore on default will be good enough for 3.2gig - on average E6600 will hit 3150MHz +/- 50MHz on stockvoltage. You shouldn't need to increase the vcore much tho to hit 3.2 stable if at all and 8x400 is good for the extra bandwidth.

my current speed is at stock - 2.4ghz, i just read that it can go to around 3.2ghz with a decent cooler. what i dont know is how to set all the voltages.
