Overclocking EVGA 3080ti FTW Ultra

Decided to try overclock my card using precision x software.

I ran the OC tool and it gave me 100mhz on GPU and 200mhz RAM.

I then maxed the power and temp slider and ran the scan again. But this time I got 64mhz on GPU and 200mhz on RAM.... What gives? I was expecting the overclock to be better with more power being avaliable to the card.

My psu is a Corsair RM850X could thst be holing it back?

Tried MSI Afterburner and got the same overclocking result

Done that still get the same poor OC, others get +160 on core and +500 on RAM
