Overclocking for the first time

Hi guys,

I want to overclock my PC (basically everything I can because I'm a power wh*re) BUT.... wait for it... I have no idea how to go about it!

My set-up:
- i7-4770K (CPU)
- Gigabyte 7970 (GPU)
- Gigabyte Z87-D3HP (MB)
- Avexir MPower Red Series 8GB 1600MHz (RAM)

Any help is greaaaaaatly appreciated! (if you need any more info, just ask!)
