overclocking fx-8150

hi i have a fx-8150 sitting in the house waiting to go in my computer i have an asus sabertooth 990fx and could anyone tell my some good reliable overclocking seetings for it please cpu cooler is a noctua NU12 i think it is i have push pull cooling on it.

any help would be appreciated
