okay so i ran auto tune on Catalyst and got up to:
3900Mhz
19.5 Multiplier
1.425 V (stock)
60-65 degrees (stock fan - Will be purchasing Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure Edition CPU Cooler next week)
then the screen started to flicker should i increase the voltage or was this due to another reason?
Im still learning about overclocking so sorry if this has a obvious answer
will be doing the overclocking from bios, is it a good idea to run auto tune to see what i can get out of my cpu before changing through the bios?

and im not an expert but flickering on tv seems more like a video issue than cpu issue , in not sure tho, sorry that's all i got to help as in a newb too
