Ok, I have a hard understanding on how to read the core and memory when trying to overclock my asus hd4890.

Now in all the ads and specs it relates to a core of 850 and memory at 975 now I use gpuz or ati CC to view my config and they both show the same information. However I have seen reports of the memory going to 4200 well where do i find this number or is there a calculation i need to do with my memory figure ie. 975 above to give me this so that when I over clock I am looking at the correct info.

And with mine being the model with the voltage tweak at what point should i be tweaking the voltage ??

You multiply your memory frequency by 4 to get the effective rating.

I'll let someone else with volt tweaking experience answer your other question ;)

you should only be tweaking the voltage when have have ticked these two boxes
1.have adequate cooling e.g. third party or running at high rpm fan speed.
2.have got to the max stable clock without changing voltage.
