just wondering when I overclock with smart doctor should I be trying to keep the vcore down ? just rattled everythin up full n not had any problems, saying that I would like it to sit a bit cooler ?

If everything is stable at the clock that you want then no don't touch the vCore - lower is always better.

Plus, if you increase the vCore your temps will rise and you will find that your fan will kick in even earlier - more noise.

I use the MSI Afterburner utlilty with all my cards (i have a Gigabyte 560Ti and an Asus) - you may want to give it a try as it's a great product which works with all flavours of nvidia cards.

I set my idle temps at the lowest setting possible - and they are both inaudible at idle rpm.
