So, I've just bought a KFA2 GTX 660, tried using msi afterburner, Asus gpu tweek and EVGA precision x to overclock, but all of them don't seem to be as good as using gpu tweek with my old 7850, instead of showing me actual figures for clock speed, memory speed and voltage it just shows as +whatever or whatever% for voltage.

Is there anything I can use that will show actual figures like gpu tweek did with the 7850?

AFAIK,no as with my GTX660 I used the same software.

Anyway, the GTX660 seems to be limited by a low power target anyway, and seems to have less overclocking headroom overall.

Most 660's seem to top out around 1188 - 1201mhz on the core, and 3200 - 3400mhz on the memory.

You can mod the bios, which allows for a higher power target & slight vcore increase too, but you'll be very lucky to get an extra 100mhz over 1188 on air cooling. Whether it's worth it is up to you.

Have a read through this :

For your KFA2 660, assuming it's the standard version, then set the power target to 110%, gpu clock offset to +117 and mem clock offset to +250 to start with.

GPU-Z will now show the Gpu Clock as 1097mhz, Memory at 1627mhz and Boost at 1150mhz, although the gpu clock will boost up to 1188mhz at times in some games.

Those settings are rock solid on my PNY 660, so I'd expect your KFA2 card to cope with them too as they're generally good clockers.

If they aren't then drop the Gpu Clock to +100 in Precision X & try again.

The graph on the side of msi afterburner shows you the actual speed.

You will get used to it from what I remember about over clockling my 660ti was just set core to plus 90 then memory to plus 500 and raise the power target all the way.
