Overclocking gtx 690

Hello
would like some advice on how to overclock the 690 properly as i cant seem to get the core clock to increase only memory seems to increase properly

i am currently using gpu tweak but also tried msi afterburner to no avail

EDIT: it seems to be stuck on 705 core

Thanks for the input was just confused why it was reporting 705mhz core while saying 915 in the control panel while being overclocked to around 1150 core, I don't think I can increase the power target at all I'm already cutting it very close with a 650w psu
