Overclocking GTX 970m in SLI for 4K DOOM

Would anyone be able to advise on how to optimise an overclock for my Clevo P375SM-A that I am getting 30 - 40fps @ Ultra Setting in 3840 x 2120 (4k) playing DOOM?

Specs are:
i7 4810MQ (2.6GHz - 3.6GHz turbo)
16GB DDR3 RAM
2 x GTX 970M in SLI (both 6GB MXM units)
1TB SSD + 750GB mechanical drive

Laptop has plenty of grunt so I know it can do it if I optimize the OC settings. I've also heard its not advisable but can assure this laptop has very good venting for increased temps plus I have a tray it sits on with multiple cooling fans.

I've been messing around with MSI Afterburner (which consequently ended in multiple crashes and BSOD's) and even installed a custom vBIOS + BIOS which enables higher clock speeds (Prema Mod V.2). Defaut only allows +135 mhz core clock. Unfortunately it look like you can't adjust the voltages on these cards so just a have core clock & memory clock to play with.

1080p is smooth as butter with a solid 60fps but I've just bought a 49" 4K panel so want to make the most of it! 30fps in 4k just instant cutting the mustard for me at the moment. Even if I could boost it to 40 - 50fps I'd be happy.

I just can't seem to crack it and I'm sure it's capable

Thanks in advance,
Kieran

Assuming you mean the most recent Doom, I wasn't aware it had SLI support yet, of course that's using desktop cards, just don't know how that works on laptops.

What I do know though is the benchmarks for Doom 4K show a Desktop Titan X getting around 50 fps at 4K. Tbh I doubt 2 X 970 desktop cards could do it, let alone 2 x mobile equivalents which are closer to a desktop 760 in power.
