overclocking guide

can someone please give me an overclocking guide.

i want to overclock my q6600 from 2.4ghz up to 3ghz.

my mobo is: MSI P35 Platinum

just ordered the thermaltake tuniq tower cpu cooler and bought another 2gb of ram.

so want to give overclocking a go
