Overclocking guide?

It is a long time since I last over-clocked a CPU. It used to be a case of juggling the multiplier and FSB, but not sure of which settings to change in a modern mobo.

Can somebody point me to a simple guide on the web somewhere?
My CPU will be an Intel i3 and motherboard will be a Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2H. I am buying 4GB of 1600mhz DDR3.
