What are the best overclocking options and what would you change etc etc.

AMD4600x2 (manchester) Rev E4 BH. (Stock 2.4Ghz)
Msi Neo4 Platinum Nf4 Ultra.
2 Gig Corsair XMS3200C2PT @ 2.3.3.6.
Thermaltake PurePower 680W ATX2.0.
2 x Western Digital Caviar Special Edition 250GB 2500KS SATA-II 16MB
Cache.
ThermalRight SI-120.
Akasa AK-183-L2B Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan.
Thermaltake VA9000SWA Kandalf Aluminium.
Sapphire ATI Radeon X1900 XT-X.
Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro.

Core Idle 32 Full 45
Case Idle 28 Full 33

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

i thought id benefit more with the extra speed for what i use the machine for. ive checked other forums but the guys on here seem more in the know! and maybe some one has a similar machine? i literally have never o`cd in my life save the overdrive feature on the gfx card ! lol.....
 
point taken but i didnt really explan myself to well! i have read about overclocking for years and am well educated in bios and what each setting involves and what each consequence may be. ive dabbled in minimal overclocking shall we say, that being adjustment of the FSB which is as basic as it comes. a better question would be, what "theoretically" may i push my cpu? to people who have the same memory, has anyone of them overclocked? apologies once again.
