Overclocking help, ideas and fine tuning! :)

Hiyahhh!

Been kicking about for a wee bit, been trying to become more active... and decided i would ask for some ideas hints and tips with my overclocking!

Basically my overclock now is what is in my sig... and this is a pic of it up and running, temps etc... (druing playing hl2 deathmatch hehe)

I just want to ask a few questions, get hints and tips... bounce some ideas!

CPU... Im quite happy with this... 2Ghz stock up to 2.81Ghz with only a .05 vcore increase! Think it could go more? Are temps ok... coretemp makes it 54oC?

RAM... Running at 236.1 with the CPU / 12? Is this ok... is there a better way to do it?! Oh and timings... i have no idea... help? What would be the main ones to lower if i can?!

GPU... im not sure about! Thats it pretty much running at what it was supposed to be, but when i got it it had changed as apparently problems were being had at that speed... :| Id like to push it further maybe? Actually... considered returning it, as it aint what i bought basically... what ya think?

how the heck have u got urs to 2.8ghz
im on the 4400 and can only get 2.3 at a push 2.4
how stable is it ?

Super stable

Been like this for a while... had it at 2.9Ghz, but it didnt love that!

Playing HL2, Colin McRae Dirt, Crysis Demo all day today...

Any of my settings transferable to your system?

I'm using a 4200+, on an A8N-Sli Standard and have had it upto 2.7 but it fails Prime95 almost immediately, would love to some more of your settings too and see if i can squeeze some more life you of this chip before i got over to Q6600!
