overclocking help needed

just wanted some advice on overclocking my computer. i have the following components

cpu q6600
mobo biostar tpower i45
memory 4gb ocz reaper pc2-6400 4-4-4 @2v
radeon hd 5770 1gb

Wanting to play bf3 at decent frame rates. Looking at overclocking the main components and putting in a new graphics card for time being.

Have a read through this thread - link - it doesn't use the same MB and your memory is slower but Big.Wayne explains in great detail how to overclock the Q6600 and as long as you have an understanding of your BIOS the process wont be that dissimilar. It will certainly give you a better understanding of the process...
