Overclocking Help

Hey lads, well I've had my PC over 3 years now and I'm thinking of having a little experiment with my CPU. I have never overclocked before btw.

The CPU I have is an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ running at the core voltage of 2.20 GHz.

Does anyone know what speed I could boost it up to in the bios menu without having to buy Thermalpaste, New Fans etc etc.
