I have an XFX 5850 and was wondering what I should overclock it to. I overclocked it to the max on the ATI Catylist control centre but don't notice a difference. Also, how do you monitor your temps and FPS whilst in a game?
 
Use MSI Afterburner to monitor your temps and FPS. What is the rest of the system setup? Something might be bottlenecking the GPU if you can't see a difference.
