lost overclocking settings

hi all can anyone help ......... i paid for this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-062-OE&groupid=43&catid=1917&subcat= and in loading up pc i am only getting the 3.30 not the 4.40

anyone know why is there an ocuk setting in the bios i can set ??

Are you sure it's not just speed stepping down, What is it under load ?

core speed underload is 3392.5 multiplier is @ x34 then steps down to 1596.5 with multiplier @ x16
