Overclocking Help

Hello,

Just had my first attempt at over clocking my i5 2500k.
Ive put the screen shot of CPU-z bellow.
Does everything look right?
The only part hatsdrf89 confusing me is it still says 3.30Ghz under the spec, is it only the core speed that changes after successfully clocking it?

3.3ghz is just the stock speed that the processor is sold at, that looks fine.

1.4vcore seems very high though?

According to forums, 4.5 should take no more than 1.3v
