Ive a Intel Xeon W3540 running

on a Supermicro X8sax mobo.
Is there anyway of using anything to overclock it, as ive looked into the bois and there nothing there to overclock it.
This pc was a quick buy because my other one completely died and i need one the same day.
Really need help guy/gals...
