Gets cracking reviews and can be used as low as 105mm if you don't use the top fan. Seems to be the D14/Silver arrow for HTPC's. Not sure on the thickness of the fans but i imagine using the top would would bring it to 137mm - 143mm, but it seems to perform great with just the bottom fan going by the reviews.
Pricey though.

Many thanks - this looks the business.
According to the reviews etc. it is 130mm with both fans on so it might be possible to fit it like that into an HTPC case - although there is the issue of getting air into the top of the fans if there isn't a grille directly above.
Knocks spots of the Gelid but haven't found a comparison with the AXP-140 RT yet.
Top of my (ever more expensive) list at the moment.
