Hey guys, I'm building my first computer and will eventually overclock it as it looks kind of fun but I won't be doing anything to ambitious (probably 4.4ghz). I was wondering if there are any glaring holes in my choice of build I have at the moment:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Sandisk Extreme 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card:MSI GeForce GTX 780 3GB Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case
SeaSonic 520W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Other: Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm
Other: Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm
Other: Cooler Master Sickleflow

My main questions are:

Is the RAM good enough?
Is the choice in motherboard okay - I really like what they've done with the design and components.
Will the DH14 fit okay with the motherboard?
Is 520W and the choice in power supply decent enough to handle this build?

Thanks in advance, I'm going to head to bed!

You haven't stated a purpose for the build (looks like you are definitely gaming lol) so I'll do one with the i7K and a decent CLC
