Overclocking i5 8600k Problems

Looking to OC to 4.9/5ghz. Problem is the motherboard won't let me change clock ratio or voltage. It's a Gigabyte z370 ultra gaming. Is there some setting to allow me to change the above settings? Thanks

4770K, probably didn't need too but I am impressed with it, BF1 has a big increase in FPS never below 115fps before was going below 95fps. Got it clocked to 4.8ghz at 1.35v so not a great chip

Temps are quite high 75c while playing bf1. Also coretemp has different vcore readings. This normal?
