overclocking i7 3770k safely

hi i am trying to do some gentle overclocking on my 3770k using intels extreme tuning utility and i have had some success, i am about 4.43ghz, now i am trying to understand what i am doing as it seems that the turbo is overclocking and not the base clock is this correct as the program shows all 4 cores running at 4.43ghz but then shows the parameters of just the turbo overclocking without any added voltage, i don't want to add any extra voltage as i know that wares down your cpu, also does any one know the max safe overclock for 3770k without extra voltage thanks.... i am using antec khuler 920 aio liquid cooler....
