I'm currently overclocking a 970 for a friend and just wanted to get some tips and pointers.

It's currently prime stable at:

BCLK:160, Multi: 24 (25 Turbo) - 4GHz, 1.287v BIOS (1.264 CPU-Z), Ram: 2:10 (1600Mhz), VTT=1.3v

Temps are around 67°c, although oddly, core#2 is sat at 61c.

Do these look fine? What is the max, safe voltage for 24/7 usage and is there anything else I need to look at on my quest for higher speeds?

Yup that is all fine. Gulftown CPUs are known for poor temp sensors.

I prefer to run mine with a Bclk of 200, 4.4Ghz @ 1.3125V and VTT the same.

Keep the temps less than 80 degrees and cpu voltage less than 1.375 for 24/7 use.

Matt
