Hey.

I've just finished building my system.Specs Are:

Asus P6T SE Mobo
Intel I7 980x extreme processor with standard Intel Custom Air Cooler.
12Gb of Corsair Vengence PC1600 Ram.
XFX 6950 Graphics Card.
Crucial M4 RealSSD 128GB
Corsair 600T Case
Corsair 750w PSU

After some initial testing, I think I could do with a little more speed.
But When It comes to Overclocking , Bios Settings and there meaning go over my head.

I would like to set it about 4Ghz if that's possible on the standard cooler.

Can anyone tell me what exactly I need to do in the bios settings please.

Thanks.
P.s Just realised this should be in the Overclocking Thread, Sorry, Can someone move it.

Over 4Ghz might be a little stretch with the stock cooler, its decent, might be my house but on avg volts needed for 4.2/4.4 etc.. it was touching 90C loaded with prime etc.. and getting really loud. Only built 5 980x rigs in all though, all have silver arrow or NHD-14s for cooling and are 4.3GHz+
