overclocking I7 (noob)

Hi im new to overclocking, this is the new system im getting in a few weeks -

Intel® Core™i7 Processor i7-920 (4 X 2.66GHz)
6 or 12 GB CORSAIR XMS3 1600MHz
1792MB GEFORCE GTX295
Antec Nine Hundred Black Gaming Case
ASUS TRITON 81 PURE COPPER BASE ULTRA COOLER .

i was wondering what i could overclock the processor to with the type of cooling. i dont want it to be at risk, just a little overclocking.

What Kind of temps are you getting on your OC'd CPU spitzoid

idles at 40c, load 85c.

probably too high for some peeps but no crashes yet.

at 3.8 i have idle of 40-42 load 70-74
