Overclocking in vista ?

the very new beta, 0.27 i think, works in vista, though not sure how well.
i've got 64 bit ultimate and it does seem to be changing clocks, but gts's, which tend to clock fairly well, i put a tiny overclock on and tried 3dmark. it ran through the first test but crashed right at the end. so maybe it doesn't overclock very well, not stable and not effective, difficult to know.
