Got this card the other day and have decided to overclock it to see what it can do.

@ stock which is:
GPU - 600MHz
Memory - 900MHz
Shader - 1500MHz

I got in 3D Mark 06:
SM2.0 = 4905
HDR/SM3.0 = 4941

I then overclocked too:
GPU - 721MHz
Memory - 1003MHz
Shader - 1802MHz

and in 3D Mark 06:
SM2.0 = 5035
HDR/SM3.0 = 5496

So a big jump in HDR?

Haven't seen the temps go over 65c and thats with GFX fan @ 60%.

Is there a point where I should stop? Is this a good clock? It isn't freezing etc, and no artifacts in ATI Tool.

Thanks

ATI Tool isn't always reliable on Nvidia cards. I've seen it give a clean bill of health when it's been blatantly artifcating...

The best stability tests are 3dmark 03 (specifically the sound test) and 3dmark 06 (the snow test). If it hangs in either of them, you've pushed something too far.

Obviously you also need to test it in your usual games too!
