I am testing out the limits of my new Phenom 720 on an Asus M4A785TD-M EVO mobo, and I am using integrated graphics.
I have the voltage set to AUTO and have upped the GFX engine from 500 to 1000 before hitting any artifacts using ATI Tool.
My concern is, what voltage is going through it? Might AUTO set the voltage dangerously high? I can't find any software that will report the voltage or the temperature.
With the GFX still at 1000, I changed the GFX chipset voltage from AUTO to 1.1v, which I believe is the default, and the machine won't reboot (time to clear CMOS!); so AUTO has obviously upped the voltage.
Advice wanted, please!
