Thanks to the help of some people on this forum, i have succesfully overclocked my card, so i think it's time for CPU and rest, to make it easier i will simply post some screenshots of a program gathering information, here they are:

I will give you a tip on capturing images. I'll leave the overclocking advice to someone else as it's a rather long winded and difficult process to explain.

When you want to capture the contents of a window into an image, press and hold the "ALT" key along with the print screen button and then it will only capture the contents of the current active window. This means you wont need to cut around the content you want in this case CPU-Z.

You aren't the first person who wants to know how to overclock.
 
I take it that's a Medion pc with a OEM MSI G33 motherboard in it? I reckon you will have very little or no overclocking ability with that board.
