Hi Everyone, I just want to check are these settings safe,
Intel i7 950 cpu GA-x58-usb3 motherboard
165x23 = 3.79ghz
Memory is 1600mhz but its overclock to 1650 cos bclk is 165
qpi/vtt volts is 1.3555 is this safe? It's in different colour in the bios bcos its over by 5 of 1.35 but if i lower it, it make the IOH Core go from 1.10 to 1.14 is this safe?
Vcore is 1.325
IOH Core is 1.10 but if i lower my qpi/vtt it go up
Dram 1.60v i got it on

Hope someone can help me with this or tell me if these settings are fine or not

All looks good to me.

My 950 runs at 4Ghz with the following
200bclk x 20
cpu 1.275v
Qpi 1.3185v
ram 1.65
ioh/ich 1.113
cpu pll 1.8

What temps do you get when loaded?

Matt

OPs setting look fine.

Personally I prefer to stick to a 200BCLK as it gives a far rounder RAM speed (1600, 2000 etc). But you have to be confident that your board can manage 200BCLK, the majority of X58 boards can.

Also having a higher BCLK as oppose to a higher multi generaly requires less CPU vcore.
