Overclocking issue need help

Im having a small overclocking issue,
some time when i restart my pc, it freezes once the os goes off, I need to manualy turn it off and on again, on reboot i get a message overclocking failed.

I was wondering if my voltage was too low or too high.

a lot of people run them 1.4-1.45V. Just keep an eye on your temps, max is about 62
