Ok if I run my memory at 1377mhz its quite happy. I change nothing bar the speed down to 1137mhz and it wont post. How werid is that? Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah hear this before, some memory does this. Has a wall that will disappear at high speeds lol.

Some boards have memory "holes" ranges in which they just wont run. I had a DFI board with this exact same problem. 801-899MHz on the DDR was a no go.

I doubt it's the memory (memory holes heh!:D) but more likely the Northbridge Strap, Have you manually set the FSB-Strap or are you just changing the DDR2-Frequency option? . . . if the FSB-Strap is on Auto then the problem may be the board setting the strap too aggressively, if thats the case give it a cup of vNB and see if that helps!
