I've been looking into overclocking well, all i can basically to further my knowledge and get the best performance out of my rig, i've established a stable overclock of 3.36 ghz on my Q6600 and now i'm looking to push my ram further.
I've read threads after threads but i'm not fully understanding them (that or my mobo is a pain and doesn't have the required settings) I've had a good look through my bios and i've found these settings:

Memory timings

DRAM Frequency: DDR2 743 / 891 / 1188

Memory Volts

This is all i can find to do with my memory am i missing some settings to push my memory abit further?

Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.

At the moment the stock that my memory is running at is 5-5-5-15 i've altered the volt to 1.9 at the moment, anything you could suggest towards tightening? still rusty on the whole concept.

Yeah seems to run stable at 4-4-4-15

Is there any program to monitor my memory? CPU-Z seems to show me the defaults only.

I'm aware it doesn't happen over night, i've spent the last week overclocking my cpu for a stable clock running prime time after time for hours on end (i finally set my mine on 3.35 when prime was fine after 6hours)

I'm just trying to get some 'more' background information before i actually properly try having a proper go, i've had my volts on 1.9 for a good fortnight now and seems absolutely fine.
