Overclocking Mistake ?

I have just been told to change some settings in bios to get my over clocking working but it was not so clear.

so thinks where clear others not

It said change

DRAM Frequency to 1368mhz but it would only go to 1395mhz is it ok ?

DRAM Voltage to 1.65 so i changed the DRAM Core Voltage is that the same thing ?

Also go into Dram timings an change it to 9-9-9-24 on cas latency setting so i changed it to 9 Dram Clock not sure if thats right.

Full spec would help!

So would the original memory timings, and the overclock you are currently running.
