******UPDATED******

I've just finished a 30 min Small FFT test @ 3.8ghz. Max temp was 68 C.
How does this measure up to other people's air cooled temps?
No matter what the vcore is set at, I can't get it stable unless the QPI/Vtt Voltage is at least 1.355V.

Here are my updated settings, any advice on how I could improve things further would be greatly appreciated.

CPU Clock ratio: 20x
QPI Link speed: x36
BLCK: 190mhz
Vcore: 1.275
QPI/Vtt Voltage: 1.355
DRAM: 1.64V

I have a similiar system, in a Antec 1200 case. I have added you as a contact so I should be able to share my settings with you directly.... that ok?

Dang!!!!!

nevermind :) thanks anyway

template of your bios will help mate, shooting in the dark ill go for QPI volatge causing the error that early

CPU Clock ratio: 20x
Intel turbo boost: disabled
CPU enhanced halt: disabled
QPI Link speed: x36 (6.48ghz
BLCK Frequency: 180mhz
PCI Express frequency: Auto
System memory multiplier: 8.0 (1440 mhz)
CPU Vcore: 1.34375V
QPI/Vtt Voltage: 1.335V
IOH Core: Auto
DRAM Voltage: 1.64V

Try the highlighted settings and monitor your temps.
