Overclocking my i7 930

Hi all,

i'm OC'ing my 930 tonight and I've attached a picture of the bios:

I'm trying to follow this guide and thought I would go for the quick and dirty method, but I'm not sure I know which settings relate to the settings in the guide as I think there are different names used...

BTW, the settings in the screen shot wouldn't allow me to boot the machine so it said OC failed and I reset to default again.

I am wondering if this rubbishy RAM will hold me back.

i7 930 D0 stepping
12GB Kingston DDR3 (6x2GB) PC3-10700 (1333mhz?)
Asus P6T SE
Arctic Freezer 7 Pro
Evga 570 HD 2560MB
Antec HG Gamer 750 PSU

set your cpu ratio to 20 and blck to 200 see if that helps some boards dont like 21 could be a heat problem with that cooler try a lower clock by lowering the cpu ratio

Ok, I'm completely decided against this. The CPU never goes above about 40-45% in game to there is no point in OC'ing it I am obviously GPU limited.
