overclocking my memory

since i have slightly overclocked my cpu...link here.... i am still meaning to go to 3.0ghz with that but is it a good idea to overclock my memory?
i have this memory.

i was thinking of going for 800mhz but am not sure on the timings, voltages at the moment i have not changed the timing or voltages

sorry if i seem very basic but this is my 1st time overclocking
