Overclocking my opteron 165?

Hey guys, Finally got my opteron 165 to stop bsod (so it would seem) so im now planning on overclocking it.

Ive got it running so far at everything stock but at a 210mhz setting.

As you can tell im quite new at overclocking.

Was wondering if you guys have got any guides or tips out there for me or what i can expect from this cpu. Im running it on a stock heatsink with gskill zx 2gb ram on a biostar tforce 6100m9 motherboard witha x1900xtx.

My case is quite cool.
2x120mm fans intake (front and side(over gpu)
1x120mm fan exhaust (read)
1x80mm intake (side over cpu)

What do i need to know or what settings will get this cpu to a reasonably safe oc without risk damaging it whilst i brush up on some advanced overclocking in the mean time.

Ah cheeras for the help guys, just wondering though is there any software i can do this from within windows as my bios seems to be limited, i cant even find the cpu multiplie :s

Yeah i got the latest release but i still cant see where the dividers are. Only seems to be a lot of HT dividers and stuff but nothing with 9x which would indicate the multiplier.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Right looked around and found a bios that gives me a tonne more overclocking options with everything i need. I have just had a tinker with it but couldnt get something stable.

Lukcily enough its got a automated overclock and ive got it on the highest one which give me this.....

but i think the timings are a bit loose but is that just me.

I ve got the 4 main screens needed for overclocking but wasnt sure on what details to put in the fields so was wondering if u guys can help me out, maybe suggest some timings that should work and maybe if someone is kind enough is explain the obscure settings.
