Well the last time I ever overclocked anything was my AMD Tbird back in 1999. So what's the best way to go about overclocking? I hear all this stuff about a memory divider and such. Sorry, but I thought i'd rather ask for help than yeah, screw my lovely new machine all up.

Asus A8N SLi - Premium Mobo
I'm on watercooling btw, £240 Waterchill kit, so temps aren't a problem. Fans are at 20% atm and the thing is under load, seems to be ok at 42 degrees.
