Overclocking my phenom 2 Help.

I have overclocked it to 3.6, but am having problems taking it further. When i run prime 95 full on everything it hits 62 degrees, and im planning to get watercooling and more fans. I tried hitting 3.8 wiht air and it just all crashed. Could someone tell me the voltages for hitting 3.8 and 4.00 and anything else i would need to change like the northbridge.
