I have it running at 3.00 GHz stable for about 4 hours on Prime95.

I'm quite new to overclocking and I keep having this problem where my computer just freezes. Everything just freezes and it's starting to get really annoying now.

I have a Q6600 B3 stepping and 4GB Corsair XMS2 PC6400 (4 x 1GB)

I was running it at a linked sync, so FSB of 1333 and my RAM is running at 667.

My voltage was running at the auto setting, and so I thought that if i upped the voltage the freezing would stop.

The highest I have set my voltage to is 1.4, but I still get the freezing problem.

Just wondering if anyone has the same set up and could give me any pointers.
